Q: I use Apple Mail / Outlook 2011. After an email is filed with EFA Lite / EFA / EFA Pro, how do I search for a particular email?
A: You can imagine EFA Lite / EFA / EFA Pro as a helper program that works with the mail client. So when EFA Lite / EFA / EFA Pro files an email, it actually instructs the mail client to carry out the filing (this is done through an API that the mail client provides). This means that the mail client is always aware about where an email has been filed. So when you search for an email in Apple Mail or in Outlook 2011, it can always be found.
EFA does not store emails separately.
